Signature Events

Part of being a professional REALTOR® is having the knowledge to help your clients on the spot. WCREALTORS is different from other Associations because of the amount of networking and educational events we offer our members. While these events are extremely fun and well attended, they also empower attendees to expand their knowledge while growing their networking sphere.

WCREALTORS hosts several signature events a year. Participating in these events are just one of many ways to get involved at the Association. Our events are informative and offer the ideal setting for networking and engaging with other real estate professionals (and they are FUN!). 

Sponsorship opportunities are available for all of the events listed below and range in price from $250 - $5,000. Sponsoring an event is one of the most effective ways to get your company name in front of WCREALTORS members. Our events would not be what they are without our fabulous sponsors. 

Golf

WCREALTORS Annual Golf Tournament is typically held in early May at a course in Williamson County. This a fun and social day full of golf, food, and networking with other REALTORS® and industry-related affiliates.

Bus Tours

Our Bus Tours are one of the Association’s most popular events! Bus Tours are held at least once per year and provide REALTORS® with a chance to see many new homes and developments in Williamson County. The Association charters motor coach buses and attendees spend the day getting on and off the bus touring model homes. The Tour begins with breakfast and ends with happy hour! In addition, attendees hear from community leaders about economic development, schools, changing infrastructure and more. This is a fun and educational day AND a perfect way to learn more about all of what Williamson County has to offer!

Builder Expo

The Builder Expo is modeled after a tradeshow and features builders who build in Williamson County. REALTORS® are encouraged to bring their clients with them to this event. The Expo is a perfect opportunity to meet with 40+ builders and learn about their product and current inventory. Attendees will also enjoy networking, food, drinks, and door prizes!

Installation & Awards Banquet

The Installation and Awards Banquet is held in December of each year and honors the current year Board of Directors, celebrates the Association’s accomplishments, recognizes industry award winners and welcomes the coming year’s President and Board of Directors. Industry awards are presented to the REALTOR® of the Year, Rookie of the Year, Affiliate of the Year, and many more.
