Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of our Association as a Licensed Appraiser at Williamson County REALTORS®.  We value your membership.  Our staff will work to ensure the process is smooth and easy for you as possible.

Please note that this application is for joining Williamson County Association of REALTORS® board not joining CTX MLS service. If you are wanting to join CTXMLS only please fill out this application here.

There is a $175 Application Fee and a $50 Orientation/COE Fee associated with all applications. Board dues are pro-rated by month. Please visit our Dues and Fees page in order to get a better understanding of membership fees.
