Primary Board Transfer Form

This application transfers your active Primary Board Membership from your current Board to the Williamson County Association of REALTORS^®.

Your Annual Board dues is a three-tiered Membership with Williamson County (Local), Texas REALTORS^® (State), and the National Association of REALTORS^® (National). Your Annual dues are mandatory as long as you hold an active real estate license in TREC by a Sponsoring Broker who is a member of NAR. 

If you have an existing MLS (aside from the CTXMLS) it will not be affected by this change. You may be asked to provide any MLS service you have with a Letter of Good Standing from WCREALTORS after the transfer. If you have an active CTXMLS subscription from a board other than WCREALTORS we encourage you to speak with our office staff about transferring that account at the same time.
