Sales Apprentice Education (SAE)

If you are renewing your license for the first time, you are required to have completed a total of 278 qualifying real estate hours of education as well as 8 hours of TREC Legal Update, by the end of your second year of licensure.

These 90 additional QE classroom hours in core real estate for the SAE as well as the TREC Legal Update I & Legal Update II hours must be submitted and on the TREC system by the end of the second year of licensure.
