The By-Laws are the governing documents for WCREALTORS. The By-Laws Committee is responsible for reviewing and making necessary updates to the By-Laws. By-Laws changes must be approved by the Association membership.
The Governance & Policy Manual is a living document, a precise and comprehensive statement of its values about everything for which the board is accountable, which – in fact – is everything and everyone in the organization. It is a constant reference for every Board decision and practice.
Our Strategic Plan is a document in which our Associations leaders define their vision for the future. It identifies our goals and objectives for the Association and states actionable guidelines to achieve them.
